Refund policy


Our jewelry is made to order.
We kindly ask you to carefully check your ring size and product details before placing an order.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition
  • no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • returned with original packaging

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days.

If the product meets all return conditions, we will either:

  • issue a refund within 14 days, or
  • proceed with an exchange upon request

For exchanges, please allow up to 4 weeks for crafting a new item.


Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipment.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • sale or discounted items
  • gift cards
  • customized or made-to-order pieces with specific modifications

All such purchases are considered final.
